What to do next!

I have thousands of tech points and 90 villagers but cannot figure out how to convert the large bldg or move the boulder.  Is there help out there?

You have to use a master scientist to convert the large building to a school.  I can't figure out how to solve any of the four bottom puzzles or the one that has a flower with stars around it.  I have purchased all tech upgrades and still when I drag my villager around the island, I get no clues!!  HELP!!
