I think I just must not be cut out to play this game. I'm used to something that actually moves along and this one doesn't.
I find it intriguing, because it is so different from any other games I play, but I surely need a healthy dose of patience with this one, LOL. They are such stubborn little creatures, refusing to stay on a job and the accumulation of points is taking forever.
I'm trying to accumulate enough to buy the level 2 of faction of nature so that I can make the potion to fish and, since I need 50,000 tech points and I am only at about 5,100, it will take forever and I can't seem to accumulate them quickly. I just don't know how anyone has the patience for this game!
I decided to just let the game run over the weekend to see what happens. When I got back to it today there was a message that said that someone by the name of Biggles was there and by watching him work it told me that the villagers would never have to worry about being hungry again. But the food supply just keeps dwindling so that doesn't seem to make a difference.
I sort of thought they just might all starve or something over the weekend and the game would be done, but apparently not. I hate to just 'abandon' them, but my gosh this is tedious!
Yeah these kind of games take a different mindset than some of the faster paced ones. I got used to the pace, though! I play for a bit, making sure everything is in order and then I leave for the rest of the day (or play other games).
haha its fine. you know if you want things to speed along, exit off the game and dont pause it and go to our settings on ur computer and change the time 10 minutes ahead, and go back to your game and alot of progess is already done! i use it alot but i dont know waht happens if you change the time back.........
