Sprill, the Mystery of the Bermuda Triangle

Need help with the mini game where you release the anchor.  The anchor has dropped, but nothing happens and when I click for a hint, the hints close and there I'm stuck.  I've tried restarting, but still get stuck same place.  Thanks

I have made videos of how to play all of the mini-games in this game. They are posted in my photobucket.  Here is a link for video solutions for all the mini-games in Sprill The Mystery of the Bermuda Triangle.  You can go there and find the one you are stuck on and watch how it works.
