Hey muffle, in this level it is all about timing. I know that sounds like a stupid advice, but I had to replay this level a dozen times, too, to get the medal. Make sure to acquire a high income as early as possible.

Wow, I can't even get through in 15:30, let alone medal up.  I can build everything in all the right places in about 15 but I only get 11 happiness not 15?!  I am following the walkthrough and am sure I have the buildings in the right places...any ideas?

I have a question about the map that is on the tips for this level - the map I have in the game doesn't have three free plots near the bottom when I start and the tips say to build the apartments there first thing. I get confused right away, lol. The first tip says to build three large apartments 'on the lower free plots', but when my level starts there are only two free ones on the bottom. I tried to match the map given in the tips anyway, but I still can't get the happiness up. The happiness is tough in this game, I can't figure out a sure fire way to increase it on any level ;-)

I think the strategy is meant to say in the upper corner,where there is 3 plots for houses and 1 for a garden.If you click on the photos in the strategy guide,it opens a larger photo,that is easier to follow.You need to place all buidings and parks shown in photo to get the medal,or at least I did,I could not figure this one out on my own.When you pause the game you can see the full screen,useful for checking what buildings you have,or need,and for ordering items.
