The official site has a forum both for tips and tricks, and a forum that includes walkthroughs. They also have a program you can download for free, called virtual seed tray. This will allow you to store extra seeds, will track what plants you've discovered, etc. The only thing is, that it will tell you the actual price even before you've discovered it, so it's not completely spoiler free. But I just used it after I'd gotten that far in the game, so the prices weren't 'spoiled', and it was incredibly helpful.
