I have placed the moon and sun in but can't seem to work out what to do next can anyone please help x  

 Hi jules, Look at the screenshot and place the 2 symbols as shown. Then pull on the lever to enter the secret room. Good Luck!

I´m also stuck there! I have placed the pieces but my moon and sun are grey. What am I doing wrong?

You have to actually find the moon and the sun pieces in the game and once they are in your inventory you have to place them on the puzzle. Once they are on the puzzle, they will show their colors. have you done that yet? let me know. Thanks

Thanks Margie. I feel so dumb . I wandered around while waiting for your reply (you really are an angel) and accidentally find the sun and then I realized "aha there must be a moon somewhere!". But thanks for the quick answer! I´m looking forward to the walkthrough.

Where did you find the sun and moon pls?  

 For the moon you need to cut the black rose from the hanging basket that is on the porch, then you need to use the gloves to retrieve it. Once you have the black rose, give it to the female statue that is in the garden and then click on the shape of the moon that is on her chest.

For the sun piece you have to enter the door that is in the garden with the statues first. You will get the sun piece after you complete a mini game beyond the doors.

I hope I am doing this right. I tried quote and reply but when I previewed it, it didn't look righ.

 

ANyway, I am still on the front porch. What do I cut the black rose with? I was able to get in the house, but now I am stuck and don't know what to do next. Thanks

Woofie53,

The first room in the house you can get to is a library or livingroom with a fire burning.  There is a locked door on the far side of the room. That leads to the kitchen.

To get through the locked room, you need to have collected all 3 of the eyeballs from outside of the house.

Inside the kitchen you will find one inventory object that you will need to take back outside the house. That will help you solve a puzzle to get another inventory object.

Then you will need to take that second inventory object back into the kitchen, where eventually you will get two more inventory objects that will help you get the black rose.

So you're actually about 4 puzzles away from being able to cut the black rose. Unless you've already gotten into the kitchen.
