If you liked the other games in the Mysterious City series, then I suppose you will like this one, as it is pretty similar. Choice of play: timed or relaxed; mini-games as well as hunting for objects. The story line feels much like an add-on. You’re an investigator brought in to find a casino thief (doesn’t Vegas have enough already on site?) but your detective skills seem limited to an ability to find an endless stream of unrelated items – unrelated to the story and to the cluttered scene you have to search. It compares poorly, therefore, with other 'detective' HOGs where you have the opportunity to use some of what you find to identify the culprit. Placement is utterly random which is sometimes unintentionally funny e.g. a camel walking on water. The story progresses (if that’s the word) with a comic strip page at the end of a level. Casino type mini-games: poker, slot machines, bingo, that sort of thing, and they are just not the sort of things I’m interested in. Very run of the mill in comparison to other games which have come out recently.
