Hi Janetc40, did you purchase the game from BigFish?  If so, contact Customer Support and they will help you with that.

I actually purchased it at iwin.com. I will try their support and see. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it still takes me to the foyer instead of the first scene. Thanks for your reply.

Janetc40, I just noticed on the BigFish site that if you have Windows 7, there are some problems with the game. BigFish said they will be issuing a new fix on their site soon. I hope you can get results from Iwin.

are you using the same profile or are you creating a new one?

Sandyg, thank you but I am not using windows 7, i am using vista.

carlizebo, thank you but I tried deleting all profiles and starting new but still the same thing happens. I have a support ticket in at iwin, if I get a solution, I will post it for others who may have the same problem.

 I'm playing it now on Windows 7 pro and have no problems so far.  Contact customer service.

I did the beta from Namco, no problem...

They fixed the beta, did it again, no problem...

I downloaded the demo from Namco, problem, can't use a hint in the kitchen, none of the objects on the list are in the kitchen scene, but I am able to do the side quests...

Deleted the Namco game, installed BFG's version, still problem, no hints in kitchen and no objects in list...

Games not my type anyway, rofl

Iwin gave me the solution finally. I had to shutoff my firewall, uninstall the game and then reinstall. Now it works perfect. I have even beaten it.

Glad you finally got to play.  Iwin has finally corrected the problem with their installer.
