the bomb is in the case of the billiards blackmailer.  this is driving me insane

The bomb will have small windows on top that will display an assortment of colored tiles.  You need to duplicate the sequence of the tiles by clicking on the buttons that are at the bottom.

okay what i see is a window and on the bottom i see colors.  yellow, blue, green and red.  when i click on any color a different colors appears in the window.  what am i missing?

Yeah, it's confusing, but you can do it!  It's a basic Simon type game where you have to copy the pattern they show you. The pattern is going to get one longer each time until it's filled up all the lights in those windows. I think there were 2 rows of 5.

There are only 4 possible colors. That's what the 4 buttons are for. Red, Blue, Green, Yellow.

The first button you hit won't do anything at all except start the bomb. So just pick any color.

Then the bomb will show one color in the far left window on the top row. Say it's Green.

Now you press the green button.

Now the bomb is going to show you the colors for the first two windows: say Green Red.

So now you push the Green button, then the Red button.

Colors have to repeat since there are only 4 colors and a lot more windows. The next sequence is going to be 3. So maybe it will be Green Red Red.

Just press the green button, then the red button, then the red button again.

Each time you get it right, the bomb will show you the next color by replaying the complete sequence plus one more.

If you get it wrong, all the windows will flash red and you'll have to start over.

I think the only goofy part is that you have to press a random button to start the thing. They should just have had a START switch! LOL!

But after that first time, it's a simon sequence. It plays 1. You press 1. It plays 2. You press the same 2 colors in the same order. It plays 3. You press those 3.

I admit: I cheat. I write down the colors as I go because no way I'm going to remember that many in a row! Just don't tell anybody and you can do that, too! LOL!!!
