Iwhite, above this white page is a tab that says tips and tricks, next to the video tab.  Click on it and it will take you to a walk through of this game.  You can click on the picture screen shots to enlarge them.  You should be able to see where you are at in the game and find your answer.  Enjoy the game.

thanks so much for the quick reply. i did go to the tips and tricks and the lamp is not listed there to my dismay.

There are different versions of this game and not all the version items are listed.  I was hoping yours would.  The only thing I can suggest is to keep trying in that area that the hint showed even if it doesn't look like the correct item.  The only other course is to restart the game under another player name.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hi Iwhite.. I had the same problem too...I used a hint and finally found it..I had a lot of different items hardly to find...  I think it has to do with the version as Scooter said..

thanks so much for writing, but where did you find the lamp?  i have used up all my hints and when i did the hints it did not circle what i thought was the lamp. and that mine game is really hard.. thanks for your help.

Hi dear Iwhite... I found the lamp a bit left from the middle against the tree......but it's not always the same....items changes in a new game...

When you run out of hints it might be an idea to start a new game with another Player name... That what worked for me when I couldn't find the items and ran out of hints... That works...be sure to save your hints when it isn't necessary to use them..there's time enough to search..

I played the game today and have to restart again with a new Player name..

thanks for all your help. in my screen i have found two lamps. one is a lantern type that is leaning against the tree in the lower left side and the second is a hurricane type lamp that is in the rocks lower left.  neither one of those clears the game for me.  Having again tried to win the mine game 8 times, gave up on that also. Being so far into this game, Its sad to have to start all over again.  Thanks for the help.

Hi Iwhite...

I'm sorry you didn't succeed in finding the right lamp...but as I said thse only thing is starting again with a new Player name... It was fun for me to play the first Battles again..
