i put all the pieces to the tea table where they go circle to circle square to square ect... and no tear drop comes out of the teapot

Did you placed the teapot as well??
You might take a look at the Walkthrough. Click on the Tips&Tricks tab on top of this page and there's a screenshot of the teatable... You're able to look what to do next...
