, did you already check out the tips & tricks from Margie?
Just click on the tab tips & tricks on your upper screen.
If you did everything right - sometimes it helps to uninstall the game once and install it again. If you go to the folder where the game is installed (mostly automatic in C\program files - but you can check out by rightclick on the gameicon and then properties, you see where it is installed) and look for a safefile, copy the file and place it in another place. Dont rename it!!!! Deinstall the game and make sure, that all folders and icons are gone. Install the game again. Now copy the safefile and place it in the installfolder. When you are asked if you want to overwrite than click yes. Sometimes this helps, you can just go on and what ever made the mistake is now gone. In a bad case, you have to start the game all over and the mistake is gone also. In the worse case, everything is like before. And to be honest, than I have no clue, what to do. But maybe one of this tips already helps.

What are you using the screwdriver for? It is not used to put the wheels on the wagon. Afer you put the wheels on the wagon you will need to use the oil can on the wheels. Then you will move the wagon and use the screwdriver to open the trap door.

i am using it on the trap door it wont work....it keeps saying wrong tool...you know how when there is something to be found it blinks well there is something blinking on the wall by the window and i click it and theres nothing there....

This may be too much information but I will start at the beginning to make sure we are doing everything. After you assemble the wagon by putting on the 2 wheels, 2 washers and 2 nuts, you click the oil can on each wheel so it can move. Then you click on the wagon to move it.

After the wagon is moved you can see that there is a round metal hinge with screws on the trap door. You pick up the screwdriver and move it to the round metal hinge until the word “screws” appears then click. The metal hinge will disappear but the trap door will not open yet. You need to get the wooden hobby horse on the right side of the room and click it on the trap door to open it. Then you click on the open trap door to exit.

Here is a link to a picture showing the screwdriver in the right place just before clicking on it. The hobby horse is marked in red. You may be missing the step with the hobby horse.

hey in chapter 4 is not allowing me to cut the third board it keeps telling that the saw goes somewhere else

Hi arcos_jenn... did you read all the posts here concerning the Walkthrough etc.etc.?? That might help you out... By the way we're anxiously waiting for the DC3 release!!
