Have you checked the walkthrough? It's under the green Tips & Tricks tab just above the whitespace on this page. There's a screenshot there that will show you where all 20 pieces of the newspaper are (one gets stuck on the wall and can be hard to find).
Once you have all the pieces, a minigame will open up which is a jigsaw puzzle and you have to put it together.
A few people reported a problem where they didn't get the minigame. If that's what's going on, just close the game and then open it again and hopefully it should work.
But first check the walkthrough to make sure you did get everything.

How do you get that $#@ key into the door lock in Investigation 10. I am dead stuck. Can't move. Dead in the water. Going mad. Send help. FAST!
How frustrating! The door is overgrown with ivy, so first you have to clear off the ivy before you can use the key in the lock. I can't remember if there's a hedge clippers you use there or if you just have to click on the door, but I do remember you have to do it multiple times to get the door completely clear. Then you can just touch the key to the lock and it should open. Good luck!
