Hard levels should be expert only

I really think the extremely hard levels should be expert only. Not just cake mania...but any of these time managemant games. People who can't play as well can't finish the game. It's not right. And then if people get all expert it would be a good accomplishment. So many of these games have a few extremely hard levels in the regular game and expert is easy, if you can pass the regular level. Frustrating...and makes it not fun.
