Sandlot Games titles arrive in Steam’s new Family Gaming section

Starting today you can now download titles from Sandlot Games’ portfolio (which includes the Cake Mania, Tradewinds and Westward series’) on Steam, thanks to a distribution deal between Sandlot Games Corporation and Steam’s owner Valve.

Starting today you can now download titles from Sandlot Games’ portfolio (which includes the Cake Mania, Tradewinds and Westward series’) on Steam, thanks to a distribution deal between Sandlot Games Corporation and Steam’s owner Valve.

Sandlot Games is being introduced as a featured casual games publisher in Steam’s new Family Gaming section. Games can be purchased in various bundles, including the Cake Mania Collection (all three Cake Mania games for $7.49), Westward Collection (three Westward games for $11.99), and the Super Granny Collection (Super Granny 3 and 4, and Granny in Paradise for $7.49).

On the Steam platform, which services more than 20 million users, fans can download purchased games to any computer, store and access saved games online, and interact with other gamers in real-time. Steam’s game categories include Casual, Indie, Adventure, Strategy, RPG, and the newest category, Family Gaming, which in addition to games from Sandlot also features titles from Her Interactive, MumboJumbo, Last Day of Work, ValuSoft, PopCap Games and others.
