Hi Levendig! Thank you for starting out the BF thread!
Just got up not too long ago and thought I'd check out what's happenin' on GZ.
That was terrible news about that fire. I do hope no one was hurt. I haven't read much up on it yet but by the sound of it, it did a lot of damage.
Think we are going to a picnic today for the 4th of July celebration and my daughter is going to go see fireworks tonite. Don't know if we are though. It's usally up in the air for plans.
The band played last night and quite a many people showed up, but I was not feeling well and went to bed so missed all the excitement. Oh well. Wasn't really in the mood for that many people. ( I am such a scrooge and a party pooper
LLC )Been playing that G.H.O.S.T game.. so far it is an ok game but i think there is better ones out there. It is good but i do hear that is a short one.

Enjoy the celebration of the 4th of July and maybe the fireworks tonite. Good you had a band playing last night and sorry that you missed all the excitement... LOL.. I bought the GHOST game and don't mind it's abit short as it's really good and play it slow to enjoy the great sceeneries!! HAGD

Thanks Levendig..same here.. waiting for the BF, Card and Song! but don't know if I's gonna go back to the couch and take a few zzzzz's
The game G.H.O.S.T does have beautiful scenery and i do like the way you can just walk around in the virtual world. I do like the way you have to walk to different locations to find an item and walk back to the place it belongs! I am only 1/2 way thru it but maybe i can finish the demo today

We dont have any celebrations like you have in the US but I know you make a big event.. of 4th July ..
We have another hot hot day about 26 degrees and its only early
so chores done early and back indoors might get some game time today
Scooter you mentioned Paradise Quest I love it its one of the best for me
downloaded it on both computers so I can play on either lol..
The animals and birds dont like the hot weather I am doing my all to keep them as cool as I can.. but they can cope with different weathers in their own way I just give them that bit more...
I was in my paddock when a family were out walking they came to the gate and ask why the horses needed jackets on as it was so hot.
Been ask that several times ...
hey are mess jackets very light to keep them cool and to stop the horse flies lying eggs in their coats its like us getting bitten if they bite them
and its not very nice for the horses they cant reach around and have a scratch.. thats my piece of useless in formation for today..

Good morning Rags, you sound like you are feeling better today. Have a nice relaxing weekend.
For Breakfast today I have brought in eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, melon, strawberries, rolls and breads, juice, coffee and tea. Hot chocolate too for anyone who likes it. I also made an early morning donut run, so we have dozens and dozens of pastries, donuts and sweet rolls today. We have some visitors from BF so we want to have plenty for everyone to eat.
I wish everyone a very happy and fun filled 4th of July. We are getting storms today so I am not sure how the fireworks displays will go tonight. We will have to wait and see. Enjoy today everyone.

Thanks, Levendig for the good wishes and for opening the doors for us! Are you ready to Party? That's great news about BF being up and running again! I've downloaded my first demo already (as though I didn't have enough to play right now. I've been so busy chomping and chattering I only played trials for about 2 hours yesterday) but MM2 was mandatory since I liked the first one.
I know the feeling, Gram, but I'd better hush up. The filter hasn't got to me in awhile and I'm trying to keep a low profile so it doesn't get after me again! I got in touch with Joel through the Contact Us link on the bottom of the page under More Information. Maybe it'll work for you.

Poor me, Linda. I usually play about 20 minutes of a demo to give the game a chance, before I go on to the next one, but the last two have been so good I've been using up my full hour and it's looking more and more as though I'm going to buy Amsterdam. I do need to check out MM2 and ME2, and I also have GHOST and 3 Cards to Midnight stacked up on my Trials Waiting list! Don't you feel sorry for me? So many games....so little time....boo hoo
Sandy, thank you for taking such good care of me by not bringing me any of those chocolate doughnuts. You don't want me to have to let out the side seams on my muumuu; do you? How thoughtful!

The hay is all baled and just needs to be hauled out of the field and into the bar and we will be set for another winter with feed for our cows. It is quite a job each year and it dictates when it needs to be cut and the weather of course.

I am going to the Farmers Market this morning. Hoping to get lots of fresh produce.
Many Americans are celebrating today by having BBQs, picnics, family reunions and such. Tonight there will be fireworks all across America. However there are thousands who won't be celebrating it by having fun. They are in another country fighting this war we are in. They are fighting for our freedom. The US Military has alway fought for our freedom. They went to another country to fight back when the United States was attacked on 9-11-01. There are other nations involved in the war as well.
Therefore, I am playing this Tribute to them. We would like to dedicate this song to each and every one of you who are in our Military. Whether you are overseas or here at home, you are dtill fighting for us. This song is dedicated to you too. We would like to thank the husbands, wives, parents children and all relatives of all of you in the Mili tary. You have given up things to support your loved one. I don't know the song titles. If anyone know what the titles are, please let the rest of us know. Agan we thank you. Whether you are at home or abroad.

Just popped back in to let you all know that GH has Liong-The Dragon Dance as their free game for today. Tomorrow is Treasure Masters, Inc. I've gotten several free games without any problems. In case anyone is interested :)
I was lost in Syberia 2 for long while and did enjoy the game and the story (with help). It was one my daughter had from BF and I thought I'd give something different a try. I'm not for the match 3 games and there just wasn't anything coming out that grabbed my interest for a while. Now there are a few good ones I have lined up from BF.
Hope everyone has a great 4th of July with family, friends and good food......or just relaxing and doing whatever

Woofie, thank you for the Tribute to our Troops. That is part of what this day is about. Very nicely done! In the paper last night, our local Veterans Museum has a new display of artifacts and tribute to 9/11, pieces from the Pentagon and Twin Towers. It is a must go see for me. Never forget.
Puzzlednana, I haven't played either of the Syberia games but I have them both. I heard they are pretty good games. Have a great day!

I'm about as subtle as a tornado. To make up for it (and I hope I'm not stepping on Micky's toes. Not my intention), I brought some BBQ spareribs, potato salad and cole slaw, corn on the cob and the beans. I couldn't carry the watermelon (I have my hands full) so I'm glad there are strawberries! Man, this chocolate doughnut is good! I'll just take one so Linda can have some more.Scooter, between the last time I posted and now, I downloaded DinerTown Detective Agency to pile onto my trials stash. I can't believe I did that when I'm trying to clear out the demo closet. I have absolutely NO resistance! I hope the cows appreciate how hard you're working to keep them happy!

Hi all..
Just a quick pop in to see what's going on and... everyone seems to enjoy the Celebration today..
Okay that's great..nothing special on my side.. playing the ME2 at the moment and didn't finish it yet...
Have noticed there are a lot of new GZ'nians on board after the BFG crash..
Well, it's getting late here ( 10.15pm already).. and I'm going on with playing.

Scooter. I've been well but have been playing on FB a lot. Most of my family and friends from work are on there now and I had a lot of catching up to do.
It really is funny to see the grandchildren of people you knew before they were even married. We met for dinner and gabbed until the wee hours, but it was a lot of fun.
I am glad that Joel is working on the Captcha problem. If I hadn't been so tired I would have been more patient. I just don't like spammers and felt outraged to be considered one of them. LOL
It's doing it to me again with this message too. This is the message I get when ever I try to post anything.
