Morning Levendig, I wondered where the breakfast thread was. Hope everyone had a safe Fourth. Mine was quiet and when I commented on the lack of the usual bevy of fireworks, I was reminded that this was a luxury we could do without. So I had a fireworks display on my computer instead. LOL
Now we have a whole day to rest up from partying! Have a good day.

We're going to visit some friends in the afternoon.. The weather is really fine here now and think we're going to have a BBQ there.. if not something else is allright with us..

I'm a sports nut!
I can't wait for the Wimbledon final today! Will Roger Federer make history or will Andy Roddick with a huge heart win? Surely a 4 or even 5 setter today!
Also MotoGP at Laguna Seca, 3 racing for the title it couldn't be closer.
I used to race motorcycles, yes, a female who raced until I had a major off!
Breakfast today was a wonderful mix of summer fruits with Yoghurt.

Hi Cazzy.. great you popped in and having BF with us... I always have fresh fruit with yogurt every morning to keep fit..LOL
Enjoy the Wimbledon final...maybe Roger Federer makes histroy again... and also go for the MotoGP at LS...great you used to race yourself...

Well we have been promised a day of "sunshine" today but I will just wait and see.
We have been promised "sun" for today but I am holding my breath.....we couldn't do fireworks last night because of the torrents of rain coming down!!!
Everyone is coming back today for another BBQ and hopefully fireworks tonight. Keep your fingers crossed for us......LOL
It has been raining in Maine for more than a month! UGGHHH

Good Morning, Ladies and Gentlemen
Thank you, Levendig for not only getting the coffee on but for taking the trouble to prepare the entire spread! You certainly are a good cook even though it's going to have to be just kiwifruit and a couple of cherries for me this morning. I overdid it Big Time yesterday and if I don't get back on track right now, it's a two-week binge! Have a good visit with your friends!
Computer fireworks, Gram? Sounds cozy. Maybe that's what I should have done. I saw a live display and froze my muumuu off!
Night Ow, thanks for the song, game report, and particularly the history. I'd never given the Salvation Army's origin a thought. It's just always been there (I never knew how long, either!) so it was interesting to read the background.
I'm a football and ice-hockey fan, Cazzy. A rabid one at tmes, but though I watch NASCAR regularly on television and am constantly telling the drivers what they Should have done, I can barely drive a car myself, let alone a motorcycle!
I do hope you'll have a break in the weather so you can have your fireworks, Grammyapples.

I did finish the Amserdam trial yesterday and am thinking of getting this one. I also started 3 Cards to Midnight but realized I'd played it before-a long, looong time ago. I might finish cleaning my demo closet, but then again, I just might work on my aquariums. Aquaria? Fish tanks!

Goodmorning dear GZ'nians all over the world sleepy or awak...LOL
I thought.. since Micky seems to be away for the weekend... I bring you all Micky's special Breakfast:
Main Entree: Pancakes, waffles, french toast (with any kind of fruit
you would like, pecans, whip topping and an assortment of syrups); eggs
(anyway you want them); and hash browns and some nice yogurt and any kind of fresh fruit you would like
Meat - Bacon, sausages (links or patties) and ham
Bread: White, wheat, rye, banana nut, cinammon swirl, and raisin with an assortment of jams and jellies
Drinks: Coffee, milk, tea, hot chocolate, and an assortment of pop and juices
And of course Cinammon Rolls (hot from the oven) dripping with chocolate or white icing.
And some for Margie if she should happen to drop in!!!
I do hope she don't mind and if I'am wrong...sorry...Micky...
Well, new GZ'nians please be invited to enjoy this BF as well.
