Has anyone tried out "Hotel iWin"? I saw it on their site, but it is currently down for renovations. What is "Hotel iWin"?

Nathan from iWin here. I am one of the many folks who has been working on the Hotel iWin renovation. Once everyone is back from the holidays we should have the place ship shape and ready to begin building avatars and decorating rooms! The downtime is allowing us to add even more items to the Hotel shops and add more community features.
Thanks for your patience. Hotel iWin was insanely popular when we launched and our current upgrades will ensure that everyone will be able to enjoy it.
Keep playing iWin.com games and earning Opals. Earning Opals allows you to unlock more floors and buy more items to decorate your rooms.
Keep an eye on iWin.com for more updates. We are also planning a full review here on gamezebo.com with Joel and his folks.

I have purchased masy games from Iwin and have never had any trouble but here laterly, I download games and then the game doesn't come up. Says it has stopped working. Not sure what the problem is. Have always used XP before but am now using Vista. Not all the games do this, some work very well. Jean

Thanks for the update Nathan! I didn't get to try Hotel iWin when it launched but I find myself checking iWin everyday to see if it is up and running! Hotel iWin has enticed me into considering a regular iWin subscription over my BFG account!
I have purchased many games from iWin before and never encountered problems! My old computer used Windows XP and my new computer uses Vista and I have never had any compability problems nor any viruses. My only reason for switching was the price difference!
Thanks again for your reply and your hardwork over at iWin! You guys don't get the respect you deserve!

I don't know what game you are talking about and can't do customer support here. I suggest you submit a ticket with our excellent customer support department at http://support.iwin.com.

Just wanted to say that customer support at Iwin is as you said, excellent. I had a problem downloading games, and during a live chat session was given directions on how to resolve the problem. It was effiecient and quick. So do not hesitate to contact them if you have a problem.

I don't know if Nathan will EVER read this comment, but the iwin support is non-existent. I have asked them many, many questions and get replys that have nothing to do with the question that I asked!!!! I am battling right now to try to FIND about half of the games that I purchased in 2008. I honestly have noting nice to say bout IWIN. I only wish that they could get their act together, because I would like to support their web site.

iwin has just launched new and exciting features to their site.i did a beta
on the new site content about a month and a half ago ,its so much better now with the changes.go and check them out
