Hey otay, I get most all my games from big fish-have for a number of years-and have never had any trouble with downloading games except one- Mystery in London- and have never been able to get it. No problems with any of the rest. Sorrry to hear you're having trouble. They are awful good about responding to your e-mail tho and the are of great help. Give them a try. Jean

I agree with Jean. Your best solution is to contact Big Fish. I have never had any problems with their downloads. I got the Ancient Quest of Saqqarah from Big Fish and I didn't have problems with the download.

Hi-I also get my games from BigFishGames and if you a member and you purchase game credits through them and you can view tommorrow's game today then you can talk to them live during the day. Just dont forget the time zones because they are located in Seattle, Washington. I have had a problem with just a few games but I would just play them on my other computer. Hope that helps!!!

I have never had a problem downloading from BF. There are some games I couldn't play because I needed a new video card to play them. Are you sure your video card supports the games you mentioned? Just a thought.

Hey there otay_me2, I too get my games from BF and have had no problems downloading any of them. I have contacted them via e-mails about other concerns and they have always replied quickly and even sent me follow up e-mails to see if I was satisfied. Have you tried contacting them about your downloading problems? If not, you really should give them a try. Hope you get the this problem resolved soon. Let us know how it turns out please. And as Snowflake recommended, check out your video card to see if it supports the games you mentioned.

I'm a big fisher too. I've never had a problem before but currently I can't get Moonlight Sonatas to run. Customer service has been very attentive to my request to try to remedy the situation. The problem is not yet solved but the rep assigned to my problem is very nice and continues to work with me.

I remember reading in one of BF's e-mails something about ADWARE..... so i finall searched for it and loaded the free one. Now all the games work....whew. What a relief....thought i was gonna have to have serious withdrawls. lol Thanks all for the feedbacks.
