Hi Brendansoma..
It first depends on the gamesite where you've purchased/DL your game. As far as I remember the GH allows you to DL your purchased game 3 times.
You might contact Customer Support where you've purchased your game. They are able to solve your problem and explain them what you've written in your post here.

I purchased it from PlayFirst and I have contacted them. Just wondered if there are more Gamezeboans who've had the same problem...

Have you heard back from PlayFirst? If you exceed the number of installations, many places will give you more when you contact them. The reason for limiting the number of installations s to prevent someone from sharing the game with other people. Since you obviously have a legitimate reason for needing more, I would hope they would help you out.

I've been worried about this problem. I am expecting the arrival of my third laptop since I've been downloading games from casual gaming sites, RealArcade and Big Fish, in particular. I'd really like to have all my games on one laptop (the newest one). The thought of having to change computers depending on what game I want to play is not appealing, at all.

And Leah, I've contacted Big Fish about redownloading games (you just can't keep all your BF games on the pc all the time) and they gave me unlimited dl. BF rocks!

i have try to use my free fun passes from gh when i go to place an order thhey say that this game is not aviable when i sent them a email thay bounce it back to me what am i able to do to get those free passes to play i just cancel recently but feel like i got ripped off

Hi Zborno, just got another 2 dl from PlayFirst. After that I have to buy the game again. There are many dishonest people out there, and we honest gamezoneans suffer for it

Brenda.........I can't imagine ever having any trouble with BF under the current management. My new computer should arrive Tuesday and I should know within the week if I'm going to have problem with anyone.
Babygirl.........When I went into RA today, I was forced to convert RA over to GH. When I looked at the previously purchased RA games that I could still download on GH, there were several that were no longer available. Most of them were really good games. I haven't checked to see if this is limited to GH and RA and these games are available on other sites. I fear they are no longer available anywhere. Hidden Expedition-Titanic, Mystery Case Files-Prime Suspects and Mystery Case Files-Huntsville are among them.

Leah, the HE and MCF games you mentioned are available at BFG. Are you sure you have originally bought them from RA?
When I tried to open on RA My Games I was taken to GH, too, like they had announced to do. But all my games are transferred there, too, into the My Gamehouse page. I was not customer with GH before.
EDIT:
Sorry again, I must correct myself. What looked like the My Games page of GH (because GH was written above the page) actually wasn´t. After signing in no games were listed for me, either. They are still on comp, though.
I´m going to check that account out.EDIT again:
