During all day my Pc showed me "page not found", I thouth was my pc problem, until I read the bad news in Gamezebo almost 10 hours later, I think.

Hi Carmen... muchas gracias... thanks.. just a few words..
Yes it was early this morning indeed, but BFG has now a message on the website saying that they're working hard to fix the bolts and the nuts.. Won't take a while..
We're all glad that nobody's hurt and safe and sound.

BF Sorry to Hear News!
Hi Margie. Thanks for letting us know what's happening at BF. I'm please to hear that everyone is OK. What bad luck for BF for this to hit during the 4th. But I'm certain they will recover.
Best wishes to all at BF!!!

Based on what I have been reading about all of this, and what with the massive amounts of information that are going to have to be transferred over to their backup data recovery centers, it sounds like it would be very difficult to estimate accurately when Big Fish will be operational again, but I believe Picman has hopes that it will be back online late this evening. We can only hope.

Thank you so much, Margie & Picman for keeping us updated on the progress of the transfer!! Happy to hear that no one was hurt and that, even though it may take some time, things will be restored in due time!! You will all deserve a break and a party when this is all over!!
As for any extra work getting done around the homes......not sure about that here.....LLC.....I have a few games that have been downloaded and never finished, yet!!! LOL

Not sure if linking is allowed here, but here is a very comprehensive story about the fire:
http://www.kirotv.com/news/19939673/detail.html
:( Good lord what a mess. Kinda surprised a facility such as that, "stae of the art" and all, wouldn't use a foam fire surpression system. Here's hoping all data comes back nice and clean and the folks involved still get to enjoy their BBQs tomorrow. Yikes.

You're welcome, timekilla.

You're welcome, timekilla. I'm certainly not an authority on the topic and am just a loyal Big Fish customer, but the gist of that information is correct as far as I remember reading and understanding it.
I am presently unemployed, in large part because my company decided to take my job and send it overseas to India, cheap labor being the bottom line, and there's a world of difference between what happened to me and what's in the works for Big Fish.
This is the first time I have posted here and I didn't mean to start out on a cantankerous note, but I did wish to pass that information along.
I normally post on GameBoomers and the Big Fish forums (Marian at GameBoomers and Howatch at Big Fish) but read Gamezebo religiously every day. Being as Big Fish will be down for an undetermined number of hours, I decided to sign up as a member here---something I should have done a long time ago.
