    Is anyone else having trouble getting into game community on Big Fish? Have been trying since 3p.m. and sometimes I can get into a game just to have it freeze and other times not even that. Just want to know if I'm the only one. Thanks Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply

    I usually don't play the online in summer, but just checked it...played Fairway Solitaire and had no problems...

    Maybe it's the game that is the problem?

    They are still running on backup servers right now.

    I know that quite a few people have been experiencing downloading problems and slow response times on the site.  All of this is due to the aftereffects of the fire.

    If you still can't get on by tomorrow morning, you should definitely contact Customer Support.  They are trying to keep track of any problems arising and will be happy to help you.

    i havent been able to sign into big fish for two weeks but they have a new community site comming out later this month and that is for community members only it will be called bigsea and i this that is why we cant sign in  can play as a guest but no sign in

    I've played all night (Bingo, Slots, Plunder, Riddle, LOBE) and there was no problems, I still sing in and just try Lighting Bingo and  it's working fine

    i have also been having a hard time i click on game community and it brings me to the sign in page for bigsea games and ut wont leave that page. i can get on it from other computers tho how strange is that
