    Is anybody else getting bumped off the site with a HTTP 500 Internal Service Problem message.  Every other time I am logged into Gamezebo I get a message that the program is no longer available and boom I am looking at nothing.  This has happened yesterday every so often but today it is happening with great frequency.

    Yep there were a few probs. getting in yesterday but not for long..When I tried to contact the site I got a white page... (FF browser) but after short it was over ...and I was able to get in without any probs..

    So far I can get on using Goggle Chrome but I still get bumped when I use IGoogle.  Even had my hubby the puter geek look at it and he cannot find out what the problem is.  Guess I will just use Google Chrome for Gamezebo.

    I give up, I tried Google again to see if maybe it would work and it does.  I haven't been bumped and usually I am bumped within two minutes.  I shall see if it continues to work.  Hate to be a complainer but I do need my Gamezebo fix throughout the day or I get really crabby.

  • I've been having trouble

    I've been having trouble here too.

    Every page I go to starts to load and then I get an error message.  But if I hit the "back" button, then the page loads fine.

    I have no idea what the problem is but I know it isn't my system.

    Does Gamezebo have any info on this?

    Joel is working on it now.  I don't mean to be rude SublimeOn but I am so glad that I am not the only one with this problem.  You might want to contact Joel, email at the bottom of the page - "Contact Us".  Once again I apologize if my comment is rude but I have even restored my computer to another day and that didn't work.

    I get that message the first time I try to open the forum or a walk-through but then it seems to be fine on the second try.  I've always had that problem.

    I am looking into this.  I think I know what is going on but of course this is happening on the weekend.  Why do things like this happen on the weekend?  Murphy's Law (or maybe I'll call it, Brodie's Law...ha ha).

    I think the issue has to do with IE and serving a flash ad in a certain way on the forums.  I disabled the culprit ads.  My hope is that this fixes the problem but my tech team will look into it more.

    You may want to delete the cache so that the offending banner is not in your cache.  To do that in IE, go to to Tools>Delete Browsing History>Delete Temporary Files.  You can choose what to delete (history, cookies, etc).  It's just a way to clean your browser files.

    This is not a problem in Firefox or Safari.  Of course, we design the web site to work with all browsers.  But ask any web site owner, and they will tell you --- Microsoft Internet Explorer is the worse browser to design web sites for.  9 out of 10 errors will occur as a result of IE.

    In general, if you are having an issue with the web site, it means someone else probably is.  The more information you provide us, the better we'll be able to fix the problem.  So, I appreciate all your help in fixing and improving the site.

      Been having problems since yesterday   .Just get signed in when the page goes and it says   I E  cannot display this web site .

    Then it goes to the forum page then disappears. just managed to get on this one ..

    I just deactivated the entire ad campaign that may have been a cause for problems in IE.  Please do me a favor and try the web site again in a few minutes (or whenever you come back later in day) and tell me if you still see any site issues.  Feel free to tell me here and/or send me a direct email by clicking to contact me.

    Thanks Joel!  Sorry you have to work on a weekend.

    Of course, if you run your own business, isn't every day a holiday??  Wink

    Anyway, I tried a bunch of threads and the problem seems to be solved.  I'll keep checking back over the next 24 hours and let you know if it happens to me again.

    I was pretty sure it wasn't my system but I did recently upgrade to IE8 and thought that might have caused it.

    Anyway, thanks for taking care of us so well! Kiss

    Hi Joel: I'm having problems with my points in Quiz game, till this morning (4:30 am PST for you) to 15:00 pm (PST) I lost more than 300 points; and every day is the same, but I've noticed that other players didn't. So something is wrong with my account or I'm doing something bad ????? Please help me !!! Cry TY

    I do have the same probs. for a few weeks now...loosing points day by day.. so Djork.. you're not the only one.. CryI wrote Joel a mail a few days ago so I guess the techn. are working already at this prob..to solve??
