I just finished playing the game and was not given the opportunity to fill out the survey. It never came up. However,on level 26 I could not click on the lock pick on the dogs hind leg until I got a hint. Also on level 44 I could not click on the key on the ground by the amp until I got a hint. Other than that the game is great and cannot wait until it is released. I loved it.
