Feeding Frenzy 2 Review
It's a dog-eat-dog world out there.
Or rather, it's a fish-eat-fish world, something millions of gamers are well aware of after clicking through Feeding Frenzy, one of the more popular casual games to surface over the past few years.
If you're still hungry for more, PopCap has just released Feeding Frenzy 2, a splashy sequel that adds a boatload of new features, bonus fish and a fun storyline.
Venice Deluxe Review
It's not easy being PopCap Games. Sure, they're one of the most successful casual game makers in the business - and deservingly so as they continuously publish critically-acclaimed and commercially-successful games. Need proof? How about Bejeweled, Chuzzle, Zuma, Insaniquarium, Feeding Frenzy, Bookworm Adventures and Peggle, to name a few.
But as a result, gamers grow to expect nothing but greatness from them each and every time. They've raised the bar not just for the industry but for themselves. Venice Deluxe, their latest release, falls short of this greatness. It's good - but far from spectacular.
Peggle Review
Its been said by many game designers the first 15 minutes of a game is the most important in order to win over the player. We couldn't agree more -- especially with "casual" game players as time isn't always on their side -- but there are always exceptions to the rule. Case in point: PopCap's Peggle, easily the finest casual game of the year thus far, may not grab you by the lapels the first few minutes you spend with it.
But give it time, baby, give it time, because it'll grow on you like crazy.
Bookworm Adventures Deluxe Review
With such celebrated puzzlers as Bejeweled, Zuma, Inasaniquarium, Chuzzle and Feeding Frenzy 2, PopCap has more than earned its reputation as a trusted casual games publisher.
Guess what? The company has done it again with its latest game: Bookworm Adventures Deluxe.
Insaniquarium Review
Few natural wonders are as serene and beautiful as the portable undersea world of the average, everyday fishtank. Of course, as those who maintain such setups at home versus just admiring them at the local Chinese restaurant can attest, fewer still are as tough to maintain. Ironically, best-seller Insaniquarium Deluxe manages to successfully capture all the fun and frustration associated with both sides of the coin. And, while we're at, continues to captivate and enthrall generations of casual gamers with its addictive, hair-pulling charms.
Talismania Review

Bejeweled 2 Deluxe Review
Not too many casual games age real well. When you're done with most, when you've gotten as high a score as you think you'll ever get, off they go, zapped from your desktop into that virtual game closet in the sky, never to be seen again.
But there are some exceptions, some that are worth revisiting simply because they are little gems that are so beautifully done, you may have forgotten how good they really are.
Hammer Heads Review
Remember those "Whack-a-Mole" games you played at a carnival as a kid? You know, a head pops up so you must quickly whack it with a mallet; the object of the game is to hit as many as you can within a limited amount of time.
Well, Hammer Heads, the latest offering from Nuclide and PopCap Games, can best be described as an electronic version of this age-old amusement park pastime.
Chuzzle Review
They squeak, they squeal, and they're just as cuddly as all get-out. In fact, if you could hug them and take them for a walk, they'd no doubt make great pets. But until "Chuzzles" are available at your local pet store, you'll need to have your fun with them in the "match-three-in-a-row"-type game from PopCap that bears their name.
