Green Valley - Summer Rush Review

Normally, insects can present huge problems for farms, ruining crops, infecting cattle with disease and spreading blight throughout the land. In googly-eyed hero Beetle Bug's latest adventure, Green Valley - Fun on the Farm, though, they're actually in charge of turning an ailing estate and its fallow fields into a thriving concern.

Elven Mists 2 Review

Obsessed as many are with dwarves, gnomes, unicorns and other fey creatures, it's no wonder fantasy themes permeate so many casual game titles. Thankfully, there's always room for one more when we're talking about clever outings like Elven Mists 2, an intriguing puzzler that piles on the otherworldly charm.

Fairy Jewels 2 Review

As evident in the original Fairy Jewels and now its successor, Fairy Jewels 2, some folks just have it in for those adorable little imps. Previously, it was a malevolent mage. Now, it's a wicked witch, a ne'er-do-well who's destroyed the fairies' home and imprisoned them. Given their plight, you must wing your way to their aid, freeing them and restoring their world in the process.

Beetle Bug 3 Review

One thing we love about most casual games produced in Western Europe: The quality of their production values, which in the present case serve to only further underscore smart level design and sharp handling. One thing we also hate about these selfsame titles though, as duly exemplified in Beetle Bug 3: Their frequent naivete when it comes to more tender North American sensibilities. Assuming you don't mind a few cultural hiccups, however, there's honestly little else to keep us from recommending the title, which shines as one of the more intriguing action-puzzle hybrids in recent memory.

Diamond Drop 2 Review

As journalists, we thought it was our job to dig up the dirt on casual games. But in Diamond Drop 2, sequel to the popular pattern-matching mind-boggler, that responsibility falls more to Gary, a mole miner known for his way with gems. Thankfully, there's no sense splitting hairs here, though - amusing and fast-paced as the title proves, you won't care either way.
