Mah-Jomino Review

I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, that yummy mix of chocolate and peanut butter - an awesome confection. But, I find it hard think of them without also reminiscing about that classic Reese's advertisement from the 80's (still running on TV Land) where two distracted pedestrians bump into each other and inadvertently "mix" their treats. Picking themselves up they exclaim, "Hey, you got chocolate on my peanut butter!" and "Hey, you got peanut butter in my chocolate!" Of course, the tasty blend is enjoyed by all.

Such is true with Big Fish Games' and GamesCafe's Mah-Jomino, as well. In this case, however, it's a fusion of Mahjong and Dominoes that makes up the scrumptious goodness.

Tino's Fruit Stand Review

It's a tale as old as business itself: the small business man gets gobbled up and spit out by the big bad Mega Mart when it moves in next door. People, see bigger and faster as better, and ignore the businesses that have served them well for years.

Mystic Inn Review

If you thought waitressing at a greasy spoon restaurant was challenging, wait until you have to serve potions to demanding witches and mages.

Such is the fantastic premise behind Mystic Inn, a new casual game download from the savvy game makers at Big Fish Games.

And now we have Fish Tycoon, which is really a few games in one download.

Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects Review

Creating a successful sequel is a difficult thing, whether following up a hit album, making a movie (did we really need Basic Instinct 2?), or creating a casual game. Simply putting a new look on the original won't work, but straying too far from what made the original successful risks alienating your core fanbase.

I'm pleased to report that while the folks at Big Fish Games moved VERY quickly in releasing their sequel to the successful Mystery Case Files: Huntsville, they got nearly everything right in this sequel, Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects.
