One of the really excellent things about My NBA 2K18 is that it can be used to help your progress in NBA 2K18 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Just by playing the mobile game, you can earn VC — short for “Virtual Currency” — that can be used in multiple game modes in the full game. And who wouldn’t want that?
Fortunately, earning VC in My NBA 2K18 is a simple process. We’ve narrowed it down to just three steps for you. And if you’re looking for any other help — like how to get rare players or make it in the playoffs, we’ve got guides for that too.
Scroll Down to Login Bonus on the Main Screen
You’ll want to do this anyway since you want to make sure you are getting the days counted toward login rewards, but this is also where you need to perform the next and most important step.
Log In to the Console or PC Account of Your Choice
This should be common sense, but just in case: Log in to your PSN account if you play NBA 2K18 on PS4, Xbox Live if you play on Xbox One and Steam if you play on PC. So far, there doesn’t seem to be any way to stay logged in, so you’ll have to do this daily. That kind of stinks, but you’ll need to do it if you want that sweet VC.
Play Quick Game or Head 2 Head Games
For either of the game’s most common modes, you’ll receive 50 VC at the end of each completed game, right before you make your picks from the card draft board. See? We told you it was simple.
Note that you can only earn 500 VC per day in this manner, which works out to just 10 games per day. You can keep playing in either mode, of course, you just won’t get any more credit for VC until 24 hours elapses. This is to ensure people can’t just spam My NBA 2K18 (which would be very possible since there’s no limit on how much Quick Game you can play) to help them out in NBA 2K18.
That’s all there is to it. Playing My NBA 2K18 every day can pay off in the long run, even if it’s just for 10-15 minutes, so make it part of your NBA 2K18 habit if at all possible.
