If you like wandering around dungeons swinging a massive sword you’re in for a treat on June 2nd with the release of Nonstop Knight.

Taking its cues from the likes of Diablo, the game offers a stripped back dungeon crawling adventure designed to be played in bite-sized sittings rather than life-consuming sessions.

But while the interface has been pared back to appeal to casual gamers, the meat on the simplistic bones should be chewy enough for fans of the genre to really sink their teeth into.

You control the titular herald of chivalry, sprinting around hacking up skeletons, demons, and all other manner of creatures in a gorgeous looking cartoon world.

Bump into a group of monsters and you start swinging, but you can use special moves, arranged along the bottom of the screen, to do even more damage. Because everyone loves doing more damage, right?

As you might expect there’s plenty of loot to collect, and huge bosses you’ll need to take down if you want to get deeper into the experience.

The game, from Flaregames and Kopla Games, is set to hit the App Store and the Google Play Store on June 2nd. Which doesn’t give you that long to perfect your sword-swinging techniques.
