There are five games that should definitely be on your radar tonight, but between you and me, Woah Dave! is my new personal obsession. It’s like someone took the original Mario Bros. and turned it up to 11.

Be sure to check back in the morning for the full roundup of games worth playing from tonight.

Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition

Beamdog, aka the fine folks who remastered Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II, are back with their latest “Enhanced Edition” of a Dungeons and Dragons classic.

Smash Champs

The makers of Subway Surfers are pitting animals against each other in kung-fu style combat. We’ve had this animalistic spin on Street Fighter on our radar for a while now, but does it pack a punch? We’ll find out tonight!

Woah Dave!

Choice Provisions (formerly Gaijin Games) are behind this bite-sized morsel of gaming goodness. It’s like a fast-paced twist on the arcade classic Mario Bros (ie, not “Super”), where players will pick up exploding skulls and hatching eggs in an effort to destroy them all without biting the dust themselves. It’s simple, and as someone who’s been playing it early, I’m happy to report that it’s crazy good fun.

Twisty Hollow

Arkadium, or as I like to think of them, “the people behind the super fun Mahjong Dimensions games,” are launching a new puzzle game where you solve citizens needs with the spin of a wheel.

Haunt the House: Terrortown

Sharing a similar ethos with Neil Gaiman’s Wayward Manor (though with much better results), SFB Games’ Halloween offering tasks players with scaring people out of a house by moving from object to object as a ghost. Originally appearing on PC (and later, PlayStation Mobile), this one is finally going to spook up a good time on the App Store. BONUS FACT: SFB Games is better known as the team behind Detective Grimoire.
