Control the fates of four characters in xii games’ upcoming adventure Resonance

The death of a particle physicist leads to a daring treasure hunt in Xii Games’ Resonance, as the scientist’s lost discoveries hang in the balance. As a group of four different characters, you’ll need to help those characters trust each other (or at least work together) and put the pieces of each mystery back together before a dangerous secret organization can have its way with them instead.

Resonance

Resonance

Resonance is an upcoming point and click adventure game offering you a chance to play as four different characters, and you’ll swap between those characters over time. You’ll be able to manipulate time and space, cheating death in the process, and can interact with both long-term and short-term memory systems. Essentially, you’ll be able to drag items from the environment into your memory system menus in order to use those as dialog options later in the game. Say you want to open a locked door, but need the help of a locksmith before you can. You can drag the locked door into your short-term memory menu, and then use that door as a topic of conversation with the locksmith to gain their assistance.

With publishing via Wadjet Eye Games and voice over work from Logan Cunningham (the narrator of Bastion), Resonance looks to be one mystery that’s worth the wait. If you’re ready to dive into the shoes of these four characters to recover these powerful secrets, make sure to follow Resonance right here on Gamezebo to be the first to know when you can do just that.
