Yesterday you saw one half of the Gamezebo virtual office, and now it’s time for the rest. In this edition of Gamezebo Cribs we’re taking a look at the offices of PC and Mac downloads editor Erin Bell, as well as president and founder Joel Brodie. This is the end of our two-week long behind the scenes look at the casual games industry, but don’t worry! We’ll be continuing the Cribs series with one-off stories in the future. In the meantime, let’s check out the rest of Team Gamezebo’s office space.

“Most of my work happens here at this humble desk. I like to try to keep my workspace itself fairly clutter-free, but thankfully you can’t see the state that the rest of the office is in.”

“Here are some of the lanyards that I’ve kept from the expos and tradeshows that I’ve attended over the years: Casual Connect, E3, the Game Developer’s Conference, Fan Expo, North by Northeast, and numerous local events. Fun times!”

“One of the biggest challenges associated with working in a home office is avoiding distraction. Here are two of my biggest distractions: cute kid and cute bunny.”

“I live downtown, but beautiful greenspace is still a short 10 minute walk away. This spacious park, with its stunning view of the city skyline, is one of the places I like to go if I want to take a break and stretch my legs.”

Joel Brodie, president and founder

“This is where all the magic happens. Behold, the executive desk that holds all the secrets behind the operations of Gamezebo!”

“It’s dark…because I foolishly waited until late at night to take this picture. My office is actually a loft, which I call my ‘Loftice.’ During the day it is usually as bright as the sun, and as hot as well (hence, the reason I was not in my Loftice to take my pictures during the day).”

“In front of my computer site two very wise dolls, overlooking our Zeeby!”

“Like the rest of the team, Gamezebo headquarters runs on caffeine and the coffee that accompanies it. My headquarters away from headquarters…Starbucks. Yes, it’s corporate, but the Wifi works and Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back as of this week! Glory the season that is Autumn!”

“And here is another Starbucks I work at. There are literally three Starbucks within walking distance of my Loftice.”

“Here’s where I was today, at a park outside, instead of working.”

“Finally, here’s a picture of my new business partner and second-in-command, training as an apprentice iPhone games editor. I am not sure if he likes the game, but he sure likes the taste of it! Jim Squires, mobile editor, watch out, this kid is taking over!”
