The NFL and FIFA have already made their presence known in the world of Facebook gaming, and now the NBA is set to join that list. Professional basketball will soon be coming to the social network in the form of the upcoming NBA Legend.

Though details are still pretty light, it looks like players will control the career of one player, as opposed to managing an entire team. The game’s Facebook page says simply “Interact with real NBA stars and coaches. Customize your player and homecourt. Compete with friends and rivals as you work your way from ‘Prospect’ to ‘NBA Legend.'”

The game is being developed by Lionside, a studio that specializes in social sports games. Its only release to date is Lionside Football, also on Facebook.

You can head over to the official page to “Like” the game, which could grant you early access to the game. In the meantime, check out some of the first screenshots below.
