Factory Upgrades:
During game play, you can upgrade the factories even while they are making product. This is sometimes crucial and can save you a second or two that you need to make gold. Upgrading the factories makes them produce at a faster rate. Even though you may only have enough raw products to produce two items, upgrading the factory to be able to produce 3, 4, or 5 of the item will improve the production time of the two items.
When I indicate upgrading the factories in the walkthrough, upgrade them regardless of whether they are currently producing or how many of the item you are producing. The upgrades improve time.
Oil Bears, Honey, and Animals: This game introduces the oil bears, which eat honey, rather than grass. At any time you have oil bearss and animals, be sure to have honey for the oil bears, and don’t forget to water the grass for the animals. You buy the honey from the store on the helicopter. When it arrives, it will be placed randomly on the farm area. You cannot pick up the fuel. The bears will eat the honey when they need it. The regular bears, however, can delete the honey if they run over it or land on it, so try to capture bears before they get your honey. If they do get the honey, be sure to replace it as quickly as possible.
Selling Products: Whenever you send the truck to sell your products, you want to look to see how much money you will need, and secondly, how full is your warehouse. My own “rule of thumb” is to send the products in descending order by how much they are worth. For example, cakes are worth $200 each, and cookies are worth $100 each, so I would sell the cakes first. Then sell the bears 1 at a time with each truckload. In general, keep the truck going back and forth with as full a load as possible for the maximum profit, while still getting the bears out of the warehouse.
Technique for Watering the Grass: When watering the grass, be sure to place the grass patches low on the screen, right on top of the warehouse and to the right of the grass area. This will keep your animals away from the bears, for the most part. The bears usually come down near the top and left of the grass area.
If I have not specified watering the grass in the instructions, be sure to water the grass as needed to keep your animals alive. Fit watering the grass in as you are comfortable with the “Farm Frenzy rhythm” for each level. For each level that needs animals purchased right away, I’ve found it easiest to buy the animals first, and then water the grass. The extra few seconds may be the difference between silver and gold on some levels.
Starting a Level Over for Gold: Whenever a bear tosses an animal, simply restart the level. There are very few levels that you can achieve gold if an animal is missing, or you have to buy again. Even if there are no money goals, this can slow your production by a few seconds on some levels.
I’ve found it very helpful when I start a level to take a good first look at everything I have, don’t have, and can purchase. Sometimes you can purchase items and don’t have to buy the animals to make them. Then figure out your strategy for the level, and simply start over.
Getting Gold: Some levels have little to no time for error to get gold. On these levels, it is good to have a plan of what you are going to do before you start them. On these levels, and any others to get better time, you can start buying the animals as soon as you click on start, as the buildings are falling to start the level.

5. Start the Cookie Bakery as soon as you have a powdered egg.

7. Collect the next set of eggs produced by all of the geese; this is all you will need.
8. As soon as the truck gets back, buy 2 geese, then sell all of them.
9. When the truck gets back, you should have 3 cookies and one in the Cookie Bakery.
10. Upgrade the Cookie Bakery.
11. Sell cookies and bears to clear the warehouse.

3 ORBITAL CROSSROAD
Goal: 30 powdered eggs, 30 cookies, 30 geese, and 1 costume
Time Limits: Gold – 5:20, Silver – 6:20
Stars for completion – 300, Silver – 400, Gold – 500.
Note: You can come back when you have full upgrades to the Egg Powder Machine and Cookie Bakery and the Incubator to get gold.

2. Incubate the first egg.
3. When you have 2 eggs, start the Egg Powder machine and make 2 cookies as fast as possible.
4. The dog may get the bear, but if you can, capture and warehouse it.
5. Either sell the bear or the two cookies; whichever you have first.
6. Incubate the next 4 eggs.
7. Run the Egg Powder Machine and Cookie Bakery with 4 eggs at a time.
8. Sell cookies.
9. Upgrade the warehouse and truck once as soon as you have enough coins.
10. Keep making cookies 4 at a time.
11. When you have extra eggs, incubate them.
12. As soon as you have 1400 coins, buy a costume.
13. As soon as you have enough powdered eggs to finish the 30, upgrade the Incubator as high as possible.
14. Sell the costume and the cookies.
15. Incubate as fast as possible to get the 30 geese.
This will get gold at approximately 4:45.

Goal: 20 eggs, 5 powdered eggs, 5 cookies, and 1 flour

8. Cage the bears; warehouse and sell 2 of them.

8. Sell any bears that you may accidentally warehouse.
9. Make cookies and sell them.
10. When you have at least 300 coins, buy the Cake Bakery and start it.
11. Cage the next set of bears.
12. Upgrade the warehouse once.
13. Sell cakes and cookies until you have at least 1000 coins.
14. Buy a sheep.

2. Right before the truck gets back, cage 2 more bears. As soon as the truck gets back, send it with the next 2 bears.
3. Upgrade the warehouse. Now you can cage and warehouse all the bears as they fall. Cage and warehouse any bears that are wandering around.
4. Sell 2 more bears. When the truck returns, buy a goose and the Egg Powder Plant.
Sell bears and egg powders until you have $250; upgrade the truck.
5. Keep selling bears and egg powders.
6. Buy another goose, and the Cookie and Cake Bakeries.
7. Send the plane for 5 flours. Buy 10 flours 5 more times.
8. Sell cakes, extra eggs, and bears. When you have $1000, buy a sheep.
9. Sell cakes, wool, extra eggs, and bears.
10. When you have enough money, upgrade the factories and buy another goose.
11. Keep selling cakes, wool, extra eggs, and bears.
12. Again when you have enough money, upgrade the factories and buy another goose (4 total).
13. When you have another $1000, buy another sheep.
14. Keep selling cakes, wool, and extra eggs until you have about 40 cakes made.

17. As soon as you have the rest of the eggs, etc, to make at least 50 cakes, sell the geese.
18. Make the rest of the cakes, even if you have more than 50, and sell the cakes and cookies.
19. Sell the first costume and buy 3 more decorations. Now buy decorations 5-10 at a time.
20. As soon as you have $10,000, buy a cow.
21. Sell costumes, milk, and extra wool until you have enough money to upgrade the Spinnery, Sewing and Weaving Factories once and buy another sheep.
22. Keep selling costumes, milk, and extra wool.
23. As soon as you have $10,000 twice again, buy 2 more cows.
24. Upgrade the well if you need to. Upgrade the truck and warehouse to max.
25. As soon as you have enough money, upgrade the Spinnery, Sewing and Weaving Factories to make 3 at a time, and buy sheep until you have 4 of them.
26. When you get to around 40 completed costumes, stop selling the extra wool.
27. Collect enough wool to make the remaining costumes, and sell the sheep.
28. Buy the Creamery.
29. Buy the Curd and Cheese Factories.
Upgrade the helicopter twice and send for 10 ferments. Buy 10 ferments at a time until you have about 60 total.
30. Finish the costumes.
31. Sell costumes, and any extra wool, yarn, and/or bolts of cloth you may have.
Sell cheese and extra milk.
32. When you have enough money, upgrade the factories to run 3 at a time, and buy another cow (should have 4 by now).
33. Sell cheese and extra milk. When you have $50,000, buy an oil bear.
34. Buy 2-3 honeys at a time as needed.
35. Sell oil, cheese, and extra milks.
36. When you have another $50,000, buy another oil bear. Buy 4-6 honeys as needed.
When you have enough money, buy the Refinery, Exchange, and Rocket Factory.
37. Buy 5 -10 rocket drawings at a time.
38. Launch rockets as fast as possible.

B. To Get the Playing Patiently Trophy:

10. Buy 2 decorations when you have at least 800 coins.

12. Upgrade the factories to run 2 at a time. Don’t buy any more upgrades or sheep.
13. Buy 2-3 decorations at a time.
