A slip-up on Apple’s part last night allowed a couple of quick-acting media outlets to scour the company’s iTunes database for iPad titles that Apple has approved but not yet released on iTunes. Apple quickly closed the hole, but not before PadGadget found 11 iPad titles including iPad versions of Worms, Sparkle, Flight Control and Popcap’s Plants vs Zombies.
