Whenever casual gamers talk about which game they’d most want to see a sequel for, iWin and Gamelab’s Jojo’s Fashion Show routinely tops the list. Well, it’s no longer just wishful thinking! We’re happy to share these details and screenshots for Jojo’s Fashion Show 2: Las Cruces, which is scheduled to launch later this month.

Last season, Jojo Cruz came out of retirement to take the fashion world by storm, using her impeccable eye – along with some help from her daughter Rosalind – to match outfits and light up runways around the world.

Now, Jojo and Rosalind are preparing to launch their joint clothing line, Las Cruces, but the launch isn’t going to be a smooth one. The new editor at Fashion Wear Daily has strong opinions about what looks good, and is butting heads with Jojo and Rosalind over their fashion vision. The editor has sent her photographer, Avett, to cover all of the Cruz fashion shows, so it’s up to Jojo and Rosalind to impress Fashion Wear Daily with their creations and deal with the challenges of running a show together.

In Jojo’s Fashion Show 2, you’ll get to create thousands of stylish outfits and accessories by combining tops, bottoms and shoes. There will be dozens of clothing styles to choose from, including Sockhop, Prom and Bollywood, and for the first time you’ll be able to design outfits for men as well as women.

There are 50 action puzzle levels in Runway Mode, where you’ll get to match styles and find signature outfits by mixing different pieces of clothing together. You’ll choose clothing off the rack to make the best outfit combinations, then send the model out on the runway to be awarded a star-rating based on how closely you were able to match the model’s style. You can use power-ups to get new clothes, find better matches and automatically make outfits.

There’s also a brand new Photo Shoot Mode that offers 25 seek-and-find levels where you’ll chose a style to photograph, find models wearing outfits that match that specific style, then take a photograph of them. You’ll also be able to create, save and export your favourite outfits in Dress-Up Mode.

Jojo’s Fashion Show 2: Las Cruces is launching soon, so be sure to check back for our full review and strategy guide.
